Serenity Med Spa Cancellation & Refund Policy


Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Prepaid services must be used within one year from the date of purchase. All med spa treatment sales such as, but not limited to Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facial treatments or chemical peels are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed-not for a specific result. However we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.


We understand that emergencies do arise; however we request at least 24 notice for rescheduling or cancelling all appointments. Failure to do so may result in your account to be charged a fee of $50.


To ensure your provider is available to you we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the medical spa. This is particularly important if you are having a series of treatments over a defined period of time.


As a courtesy we will send out an email or text message to confirm your appointment. Please ensure that we have your current email address and cell number on file.


Many of our products sold in our practice are considered "prescription" products. This usually refers to the fact that such products cannot be purchased over the counter at retail stores or even pharmacies. Some products are actual medications such as Latisse and Tretinion (generic Retin-A). It is against the law to take a return for prescription medication. Due to this, returns are not accepted under any circumstance. This includes allergic reaction, irritation or any other reason. 


I consent to photographs being taken of my treatment areas to be used for evaluation of treatment effectiveness.


Parents of small children: Due to the nature of our business and the "spa-like" atmosphere we are trying to maintain, we kindly ask that children not be brought to your appointment. We thank you for understanding.
